Build a crawler for fast domain registration

I am looking for a guy, who can transfer this script into a fast crawler: Functionality: ----------------- - There are some domains in a database. - These domains are automatically registered with this script - Current problem: The PHP performance is way too slow and other programs are much smaller -> so we are just too late to register dropped domains - So: I need a powerful crawler that can do the queries in milliseconds.
