One of my latest project was a large business inteligence tool based around infrastructure health and service provided. The company wanted to have messages coming up from monitoring tools (technical) translated to respecting contracts made to various customers. What kind of google tools are you using and what business decisions will it help? What infrastructure do you have or want to acquire?
