Coder/Programmer needed for advanced Facebook implentation on my site

I need a coder or programmer who understands Facebook and how to implement it into a site. I am using wordpress site and theme that uses php. I need help with adding FB Like buttons to individual posts, including but not limited to optimum positioning of the button, size of the button, style etc. I also need to have the [login to view URL] and FB Comments installed. I have used some plugins but they appear to conflict with the social system my Theme is using. I do not understand and do not have the time to learn. I am looking for someone to work with me long term as I am always finding little issues that I need help with. Please only apply if you have advanced understanding of Facebook / Social techniques and site integration. Thank you
