Color picking function, one page project

Hi, I know there are some great color picker tools and services but I need this one exactly this way so I can embed it where I need in my websites to keep it handy. The functionality: Color wheel to show colors, as we know Copy Button: One click to copy the HEX code for the color Heart icon: One click on the heart icon to save the color, if not already, to the oldest spot in my favorite-colors list. One click on the heart to remove the color from the list When clicking on the favorite color, its color numbers should be on the color wheel When click on "Clear All" it should as a question are you sure? then if confirmed clear all favorite colors. Please provide a well documented code and clean implementation as I will not accept the work if it has weird styling issues or other scripting incompatibility on some browsers. This page should work normally on all screens and smart device systems. The mock up attached represent almost exactly what I want. Please provide some of your custom modifications with your bid.
