Complete joomla web site for a restaurant

you need to come up with a look, then make the complete site. I want a clean fresh look that is not out of a box, so please, if you are using a template it will have to look like it's not one. Furthermore, you have to make sure that you have the rights of using it. There will be some 5 menu items... It's a simple site.
