Converting an html page to CVS

Hello to all, I need a very simple program that works on IExplorer as an add on. This program will be used on [login to view URL] contact section of profile section. When a users set up their contact book on [login to view URL] they can print their contact with the Detailed view option. When you click this it brings you to an html page that contains your contact info. The programs need to convert to a cvs file. The program should have a button on the browser that when clicked will create the cvs file in the outlook format for windows. I need this quickly please advise.
