i understand you will provide icons, etc required graphics? for feedback ok to use php? as sending mail automatically needs php. email address will be fixed? or variable? also send us embed code that you want to go with embed icon and link for face book.

Jwplayer is just a player with Flash theme, If you want we can make a plugin for you that it has all of this option, and it works better in Wordpress and also you have more access to each part of it, if you want it we can make it for you With best regards
