Create a holiday e-card

I need a simple hosted online ecard that can be sent via email. 1. I want to paste HTML into an email with a hidden text field that allows me to enter <Recipients Name> <Givers Name> 2. I want to send the email 3. Recipient receives an email template that: "You have received an Alternative Gift" <image of front of card containing girls> 4. On click user goes to web page 5. Web page displays. "You have received an Alternative Gift" <image of front of card containing girls> 6. User clicks on card and card opens. 7. Card displays second page 8. Second page adds dynamic text <Recipient's Name> Happy Holidays <Giver's Name> Design is attached I will provide the raw files
