Create web page that will load a webpage, parse a link, load that link.

I need a webpage coded that will: 1. load a list of websites and pick a source site from the list. 2. look at the html code of that website and extract a link based on matching text which is the target page. 3. Display the target page for that link in a frame. I will provide a list of domain names up to 2500 in a text file.(maybe a few for testing will be enough) These should be processed sequentially(load the first, then on the next visit load the next site in the list and so on). Do not load the given page(source page), instead parse the page and look for a link that matches text. The matching text must be definable either in the code or in a text file so I can change it. When the first link that matches the text is found, load the entire link into a frame(the target page). If there is no text match then display the original source page which was loaded from the file. When the last site has been displayed it will start over with site #1. The end result will be a page that has a large frame at the top which loads the target page, and a smaller frame at the bottom which will have an advertisement banner. The ad banner is something I will insert so just make a 400pixel tall box on the bottom frame which I can edit later. Example: Site visitor goes to [login to view URL], the php code looks at a list of websites and pulls up [login to view URL] as the next in the list which has not been loaded. The code then looks at the html of [login to view URL] looking for a text match with a link that contains "[login to view URL]" and finds a matching link that is "[login to view URL] so this link is loaded in the top frame and an advertising banner is loaded in the bottom [login to view URL] the page is loaded again the next site in the list is used until all sites are used and it starts over with the first site in the list.
