Custom CMS Build

We are looking to create a VERY simple CMS with 10 templates to choose from, designed for one industry only. The customer will sign up and pay a monthly fee on the site and then be able to customise a 5 page website with: * Their own company logo * Photos in the gallery page * Text on each page * contact details It will be a step - by - step wizard for the customer, so that even someone with no knowledge will be able to create their own simple site. The site will bill the customer once a month via Credit Card, and if the credit card fails one month, the site will de-activate immediately.
