Customer Management Website

This is a project for a small website that allows me to manage my customers and their details online. It is a simple website just regarding clients and invoices & payments. The only tricky part of the site involves generating PDFs to be sent by clients by email (an invoice). Ideally I would like this site developed in PHP and MySQL. I have designed all the pages for the website which are available in HTML files. I have also designed the invoice as an Illustrator File (also available as a PDF). A detailed specification for how the site works and how each page works is attached to this project. The specification references HTML pages which I have designed and the invoices. I will provide these upon request.
