Debugging a web program

We are seeking a PHP / SQL expert to assist us in resolving some issues on an existing functional web program. program details: the program is designed to capture leads form web forms found on our website and sends it to our partners. it also sends leads from CSV files to certain partners. problem: 1- the capture leads code is not working, it doesnt collect the info and it doesnt post it to the database, nor does it send to the partner. 2- the csv file sending to the partners pauses for no reason, and we have to manually cancel the file and start with a new one. in addition to few other minor bugs. this is an hourly rate job we will pay for 2 hourly only for you to learn the software, ( so if takes you longer to get familiar with the code then you do it at your own expense) and the rest of course, we will pay for the solution implementation.
