C++ code and Questions

There is a C++ code requirement that is explained in the attached file (Desc) There is also a already provided code that will work(DescC++) . It just requires a little bit of editing so you dont have to start coding from scratch. There is a Questions file that has 10 questions that need to be answered. So do not bid unless you are 100% sure you can answer the questions as well.
