Cisco IOS 12.4 Advanced Config

I've got our Cisco 2811 with IOS v12.4 (12) running BGP over two standard WIC T1 V2 interfaces (a separate T1 from 2 different carriers). BGP is running with a simple configuration, which works fine. I'd like to add some additional tweaks, such as adding EOR, a couple DSCP tags, etc. I hope to find someone that is an expert in Cisco IOS with several years experience doing enterprise-routing. Anyone familiar with the new and enterprise level features, such as EOR. The project is primarily: (1) discuss the goal of the project and what settings we'll apply (2) finalize the setup (add EOR, some added BGP considerations), (3) configure CiscoWorks for our Catalyst 4006 (Supervisor II engine aka WS-X4013). One additional possibility: configure a VPN between the Cisco and a Netscreen 5xt (ScreenOS 5.4). I'll have them both setup and ready to telnet into. I have a CCO account and can get whatever is required, although we should have everything readily available. This initial project also serves as a test. In addition to this project, we need someone to do continued networking support for our company. We can discuss that option depending on the success of the initial project. !! IMPORTANT !! Please note in your bid whether you've specifically configured these items in the past (for example, even if you're BGP specialist, I'd like to specifically know whether you've also configured other less common things, such as ScreenOS experience connecting to a Cisco VPN, or EOR and other new post-12.3 IOS features).
