Database Errors on our remote server

All of a sudden I started to receive errors from my dedicated server. They are currently system wide database errors.. but I feel that the problem may be deeper than that. I need help immediately! Someone that can login to our server, analyze the situation, discover what happened to cause this problem, fix the problem ASAP, and report back to me with the how/why/what of it all.
