CMS Solution Needed

Hockey Scouting Project _Our company needs an open source custom made CMS Solution._ **_Here is what we need:_** 1. A simple HTML editor so we can add stories to the site. 2. We need forms for player information. This player information should also be available to us in CSV format. 3. We need an interactive message board at the bottom of each article. _We have also have a special members area of the site._ We have 600 clients, so we will have to get them all to sign up for new accounts, unless you are able to extract all of there information from an Excel sheet, and upload it into the new system: We need: 1. an area where people can sign up for an account. 2. an admin panel where we activate users. 3. Our issue is: exchange of passwords. People are doing it all the time, it needs to stop. We need something like a Digital Signature ... Hard Drive ID Tracking ... a indiviudual software download ect ... so that only authorized users can use the site. If there are privacy issues, we will write a legal letter on the matter in the terms. To many people are stealing information from us. **We also need to find a way so people can not cut, copy, paste or save any text on this site ever.** I need to combine this with my PayPal account if possible. 4. We need a site search engine. 5. Archives 6. E-mail subscription list. Upload oflistsanddeletions. We need: a. configure a free open source CMS solution easily. b. has already done a CMS solution in the past. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform **Platform:** You can use any platform that you like, asp, php with sql database, you name it, we just want something that is easy to use, customizable as our company grows ... we encourgae the use of open source in this project. Please make sure it runs like our old site (see enclosed) as we do not have the knowledge to be working with FTP or hard coding.
