Back Office

Currently I am using MS. Excel for my businesses. My POS is Verifone Ruby Supersystem II. I would like someone to me a back office software. I want to be able to Add, Delete, Change PLU's, Departments, Soft key file, etc. I also want to be able to track my inventory (First in, First out). Venders will send me invoice as e-mail and i can download to software. And I want to have bank statement reconcile page. Alot of reports, Payroll feature.
