Complete and correct combined forms

This project was initially undertaken by another coder. He had some difficulty with it and there are numerous bugs in the code. I don't have the time to de-bug this,look for coders bugs, or error trap and it needs both. It is nearly complete but for the error trapping and bugs and some minor adjustments that need to be worked out. It is fully commented. About this project: Originally I had two screens which I wanted combined. Employees and frmpayroll2. But frmpayroll still must work independently of this. I wrote the tax computation as a function, and this works correctly. The coder re-did it a different way and had some problems with this. Please only use my tax computations as they will give you the correct results. The forms must work correctly even if there are no records in the database. Please test all aspects of this and make necessary corrections and error trap. You will need to look at my initial coding, and see how it functioned. Then run the combined forms and make sure that they function exactly the same way as I had created it. If an employee is a flat rate, then 1 is automatically placed in the text field and this field should be disabled. If it's an hourly rate, then the field should be enabled for entering a number. Users should not be allowed to enter anything other than a number into a numeric text field. Users will choose weekly, daily etc for tax computations and this must show on form.( there is a textfield for this) I want this back as ready to run, without my having to contact you again in 2 weeks that I found another bug, or a customer has reported this or that problem. So please test , test ..test. This program requires an NDA. But you may sign it digitally according to the DMA, and email it back to me. I must provide you with the entire program for you to see how it functions, and to make sure that you fully understand how it works.
