Data Transfer FTP

Files are created by another process and placed in a directory on a Local Machine. These files contain “?? Delimited text and named {[login to view URL]} (Note: batch number will be higher each time but does not increment by 1 it can be any amount.) (Test data files will be supplied) Detect new files that are closed (not still in creation process) FTP to a remote machine (Settable by IP and login info) Transfer rate must be controllable (x per hour during a set time frame only and on set days only) Keep trying until a successful ftp transfer is made, try every x minutes (Settable) Move transferred files to another folder Pass or Fail is a subdirectory of the original location (original location is settable) Log success and/or failure (in a CSV file name (Comma delimited) date, time, success/fail, error message) All settings can be in a text file an interface is not required. Runs as a service. Notifies user if it shuts down by error text box. No command windows opening and closing to interfere with the user working. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
