Dialer with Voice

I need to develope a simple program that dials a number and return information of the result. For example, no dial tone, dialing, ... If the call was answered it need to be "recorded" in WAV, MP3 or Windows Media Player. Finally I need a button to "end the call". There needs to be a way to know in which state\status is the call. For example if it is in dialing, if they answer .... Please contact me as soon as possible because it suppose to be working in 1 day, so any advance is really important for me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
