Banner Ads and Text Ads [468x60, 728x90, 60x468, 90x728]

I have a new website; <[login to view URL]> My general income source from this website is going to be from Pay Per Sign Up Banner Ad Advertising and Pay Per Click Text Ad Advertising affiliate programs. My banners all have these dimentions; 468x60 (16) 728x90 (8) 60x468 (8) 90x728 (8) I need something that works with ASP (AND/OR) ASP.NET with SQL Server 2005 that gives me these options; Admin Control Panel with Login and Edit Information for Ads Identifies Advertisement places as Advertisement(1) .... Advertisement(40) Provide me 2 ways for uploading Banner Ad: 1) By Banner URL address 2) By Uploading Banner Ad by Browse Directory Adds href URL as forwarding destination. Rotates Banners in specific time period like for example in 5 seconds or 10 seconds. It must be capable of supporting Text Ads and Banner Ads both. For Text Ads, the font match with number of Ad Blocks in Ad Space. 1 Text Ad Block biggest font. 2 Text Ad Block big font. 3 Text Ad Block small font 4 Text Ad Block smallet font.
