Add language drop-down and other changes to my site

1. I have a website that has already the language files in place, and I need you to place a drop-down for the users to be able to change the language. 2. I need to you move the RSS icon a bit down, and align it to the drop-down you will place. 3. I need you to modify the script a bit so that the site can detect the browser language and display that language if available. or display English as default if the browser's language is not among the languages available at the site. And I need the site to remember the visitor's language preference in a future visit.
