Adding new Features to a Real Estate site

Hello, we need to improve our Real Estate website adding new functionalities. The website is [login to view URL] And we want a good PHP programmer that can help us to add these features In the admin panel -From Admin Add possibility to edit, send messages and delete registred users -From Admin Add possibility to edit and manage properties and delete them -From Admin Make possibile to modify prices of subscriptions: actually from admin we cannot change or modify the price of existing memberships -From Admin manage News in Home Page: actually it's not possibile from admin -From Admin possibility to manage Home page Menu should have the remove menu tab -From Admin possibility to upload the site logo -Correct some small bugs this script just has (for example single ads Maps visualiation Possibility for customers to upload atleast 4 phots of his property ... i mean if a visitor clicks a property then additional photos of the same properties hould be displayed in the photo ts ... since it is real estate customer may opt to show other visitors like bedroom, hall, kitchen, and so on so multiple phote uploading option is also requested Possibility for customers to upload a Video of his property uploding a video or adding a You Tube link
