Adult Stream

I am building a social networking site like Myspace, Facebook, and Twitter. It is called Adult Stream and is going to be the first social networking site for adults. There will be no adult content or porn on the site at all so any adult will feel comfortable coming to it. The person who builds the site must know how to program and must be creative enough to give me a site pretty enough so that people want to come to it. I only want 6 pages on the site so it shouldn't be too expensive. I had a programmer that just retired who was going to do it for only 300 dollars so I think that 100-200 dollars would be a fair price. If you will build the site for around this amount then please respond so that we can get started.
