Firstly thank you for taking time to read my proposal. If I can just take a further few minutes to explain who I am and what I do and then I can discuss your project from the brief you have provided. My role is to communicate with you throughout the project and to understand what it is you require. With no project the same it is important we work closely with our customers to ensure the success of their business. Your project will be placed me. I have read through your specification and it appears that this would be a project we would be very interested to work on.
