Auto-Response Email in PHP Required

I need auto responder solutions for: 1. Form filled by user’s notification 2. Subscription sign-up notification In a HTML page I’ve made, has two forms, one BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION and other one is SUBSCRIBE TO OUR OFFERS. I’ve made a form for submission in HTML. But I need people to fill the form. Once filled it should send out 2 emails (Auto generated) – 1st a Thank you message to the user who filled out the form and 2nd to two of our email IDs (CC marked to another department). BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION: in the first form all the fields are required and on submission two Email will be generated • one to our info ID (cc: to an email ID of our department ) with all the filled information • second to the user's Email ID with a thank you message SUBSCRIBE TO OUR OFFERS: here just the submitted Email Address will be mailed to our info ID (cc: to an email ID of our department) Both the forms back-end will be PHP as we’ve Linux Server for Hosting. I've a small budget for the project. Please bid if you are able to finish to job with prior experience. I know experienced people will not require more than 24 hrs to complete the job.
