Automatically Pay a user - Paypal API

Hello all. All i need is some assistance with Paypal's API to pay someone automatically, that is without me confirming it every time and i need it done in php. If you cannot work with the budget you see then please DO NOT BID! I don't have the time. Also I need this to be done in a few hours, I need to continue my work today but cannot move on without this. Here is the overview: Selected users will submit their email Using the post method, we can use their email in the api operation. I already did this but for some reason, the script does not run and I can't find out why. Lowest bidders will be at the top of the queue for being awarded. If you did not read this, then i will not even consider you, and I will know if you have read this.
