I am an entrepreneur looking to hire someone to build an efficient web site where people can challenge each other in video games for cash prizes. I don't know much about programming, so this needs to be done from scratch, as well as creating a backend system that I can administer the site from. The main components of the site are as follows: A user registry (including Profile customization), A shout box for users to chat and get games, The ability to click on a username in the shout box and have it take you directly to their profile. The ability to receive and send challenges to other users. The ability to privately message and receive messages from other users (inbox service). The ability for users to deposit/withdraw money onto the site. I don't need you to design any graphics, just create the layout so I can add in how i'd like it to look.
