We can take two approaches here - we can use a ready open source software to construct a semi-custom cms, or we can develop a full fledged cms from scratch. The advantage with using a ready made cms is the time saving, plus it'll likely be tried and tested vs when a custom product is made it may need extensive testing. Important however to understand what your approach is. If you like we're able to guide you with the basics of an integrated website management tool like joomla it may save you a lot of time and effort in the long run. Best regards, Chaitanya
