Change WordPress theme (minimalistic CSS and minor PHP)

I am looking for someone that can customize this WordPress theme [login to view URL] for use on a non-profit website. CSS: Most of the job is with CSS (colours, text size, adjust column width, etc). I will provide you with a link to a how I want the colours to look like (very minimalistic/simple CSS design), but your suggestions and improvements will be appreciated. The result must be CSS validated and tested in all major browsers. PHP: Some minor PHP / WordPress related changes is also needed in the above theme: - only show excerpts of posts on index, archive and search pages - links to previous and next post, with post title, below post and above comments - remove the text "comments are closed" on pages (but not on posts) Project communication are via email or Skype text chat. You must have access to your own WordPress server to be able to test the theme. The project must be completed before 23 December 2011.
