Classified

hi. I'm looking for someone who could create a simple but professional classified website project like [login to view URL] and/or [login to view URL] but not a total clone. The project should probably be totally customizable (such as those on backgrounds, admin control, paid listings, ads space for rent, forum page, membership verification, convenient chat box for each members like that of fb,.etc) Done for 12 days or less. Anyway there are lot of free scripts available online,just needed to be manipulated. Simple website would do for a budget of $30. Serious bidders only.
