Client Database Job

I have a project from one of our clients. It involves 3 aspects of forms for a MySQL database: -- TIME SHEET -- We need to be able to have employees login and enter time sheet information on a weekly basis, archive the weeks, and auto calculate some areas. -- SERVICE REPORTS -- We need an service report area where employees can go in and fill out a service report with some field auto populating. -- EXPENSE REPORT -- We need an area for employees to fill out expense sheets, auto populating some areas. I have a link here with some of rough ideas needed for the project: [login to view URL] To get an overall idea of the project it will need to be discussed over Skype or phone. Our Skype id is xxxxxxxxxxx Some of the forms need to be able to run cross comparisons between forms, pdf capabilities to pull PDF format of forms, capture Windows Tablet signature on Service Reports. Our maximum budget is $400, and a $100 bonus will be given if the project can be completed within 2 weeks. We also require US residents, to develop further projects with. And the project needs to be ready for testing by July 17. Modifications, if any can be made after that time
