Code/ Design a CMS backend for artists

Hi I want you to code and design a CMS for my existing online shop. This CMS will work as a stand-alone. All information which you need will be shown inside my database. in fact you need to code several charts to display information for my clients. i have uploaded a pdf document which shows you all information which you will need. let me briefly describe my needs. i sell art and i have many items in my online shop. i want that new artists can upload images so i can place them online. as reference please use the pdf document. 1. i need you to code a login area for my clients. This log in is called Artist Panel. This artist panel will have 5 tabs. 1. Tab: Code a image uploader where clients can upload images one-by-one and several images at the same time. A drag and Drop upload is a nice feature which i need 2. Tab: This is called Editorial Area: In this area i want to show the clients their uploaded images as a thumbnail. this is like a image management like shown on [login to view URL] as overview you should see the thumbnail, the image ID (which is important for database, to do the right connections), the original image name (given by client) the uploading date, the status (which will be explained later, this is kind of active and not active status), exclusive status (shows the costumer if his image is exclusive), views and impressions (will be found inside database), and of course sales. All this information should be displayed inside a charts (table) on the right side of each chart you should have "action buttons" these buttons are the edit and delete button. Edit button: for each image which client has uploaded i want that the client adds description, keywords (min 5, max 10), Date box, Location Box, Size box, checkout box which asks if we are allowed to make changes on the image. commission box where client can edit commission and fixed price information for each sold item (he only can change this every 90 days). All these informations are required, so we want to have a reminder if client forgot to fill out these boxes. We also need a image management in case that clients upload more images. so a feature to create/edit and delete folders would be great. 3. Statistic Panel: this Tab should display all statistics of the images. impressions/ Sales and so on. 4. Withdrawl Panel: This panel will take care of payment and withdrawl. This should show profit of client The also need to be able to chose how to withdrawl (Paypal, Western Union, Bank Transfer) Please also note the requirements for withdrawl as shon in the document 5. Tab Profil information: clients need to be able to enter information about his work and themselves, as well as payment/ payout methods This is so far the artist Panel: Of course i need a administration panel as well. 1. Tab: Statistic overview of sales should be shown (as well as for each client) 2. Tab: I need to be able to edit client profile and get client information about client images and so on. 3. Tab: Image Management: i need to be able to manage client images. i want to be able to let client know if we confirm his image or if his image is denied. As well as a field to add a article number to each image. this article number will show client where to find the article in my onlineshop. i want to see how much commission he wants (as well as fixed price for each sold item) I want to be able to export the client information to a csv/ pdf document. and i also want to see the last actions of the client. this can be displayed in a live ticker inside my admin panel. 4. Payment: i want to manage payout/withdrawl (no connection to paypal, or others needed) This should be displayed inside the artist panel (as live ticker) 5. My Live-Ticker is very [login to view URL] i can see last actions of my clients. so i dont miss any withdrawl requests. as well as new uploaded and edited images.
