Convert CSS/PSD Template to wordpress & Basic Modifications

We require a experienced web designer/Developer to support us on our new site. I have a Template Monster website that was purchased - 1) I want to convert it to Wordpress format to allow me easier maintanace after design is completed. 2) The site comes with CSS & PSD format. i require some simple design/graphic changes - mainly text changes, adding/changing icons, maybe adding plugin/widget (after wordpress conversion) basic layout/naivigational changes - Must be done to latest Wordpress specification, able to operate in Explorer, Safari, and Firefox and be able to work when wordpress and browsers are updated - i may need certain parts of the page to be edited in the future and will need an easy way to do this through wordpress widgets - i may need assistance on adding a couple of plugins that will do certain actions (maybe 1 to accept payment) Here is the Template <[login to view URL]> I will provide all details via a text document and sreencast video Successful applicant must be available via skype or MSN messenger for a chat and updates
