Coupon Code Generator Component for Joomla/Virtuemart

I need a component designed to allow users to register to receive a discount code for use in Virtuemart (i.e. if I allow for 250 registered users to receive a 50% discount coupon code. Registered users will enter email info and User ID info and the code will be generated for them and logged to their account) Features I need are these: Able to set and offer an adjustable number of discount codes(i.e. 250 or 500 or 100, whatever my decision; adjustable in component admin). Each registrant receives a special gift code that is made visible in their account area if they register for the offer, here they can see their unique code ID by a link in the user menu for "Promotion Codes", the coupon value, and coupon expiration date. Admin can create, view, revoke, edit, delete, and track used codes by user ID, and by count (i.e. 57/250 used) through the admin side of the component. Codes need to be able to generate through and work with Virtuemart. If the user types in code during checkout, it will be usable and valid registering accordingly as I have stated above and below. Expired or used codes automatically unpublish from user accounts. Discount code is only valid one time for the stated price. Code is also explirable (date adjustable in component admin). All this needs to be integrated into my current site, but will need to be done on a dummy site template to see first. Then transferred to me upon review and acceptance for my programmer to review and integrate. Escrow funds will be once you have shown me workable product on your server to our liking. This needs to be completed immediately, set deadline dates must be adhered to.
