Coupon Manager System in PHP

First part of the project I need a coupon management system which I can manage the coupons for a few sites. I would like to create a coupon manager system. It will import coupon codes using API from [login to view URL] and linkshare.com. Attached is a 2 page excel file of how the couon manager and merchant manager page looks like and the fields I need. Admin should be able to edit and delete the data. Clicking on the bold words can sort the data. Once this is done. The next step is to create a wordpress plugin that will retrieve the data or xml from this coupon management website and display on the website. Let me know how much more it will cost to get this done. The quote should include both the coupon manager and wordpress plugin. Please show the quote for each so I have an idea how much it will cost to develop. Kindly show me sample of work if interested. Please read the project first and write the word "Understood".
