Coupons/Deals Site

We need a professional programmer to create a CMS script for a coupons/deals site that is better than bradsdeals dot com. You can offer your own idea on what would be the best for the project, offer a plan and we can work from there the changes. Some things we're looking out for are: -Web 2.0 style and pleasant and professional. -Layout should enable easy reading, enough space for content. -Appearance and layout should be easily changeable, (like applying themes). -No complicated skinning feature needed, but might offer winner another paid job at customizing appearances in future. -Colour of text and links should be easily changeable in CMS without coding HTML or knowing CSS. -Places to put ads or custom featured content. -Navigation Makes sense and user friendly -SEO Optimized. -Twitter Integration (Feel free to suggest what we can do here) -Visitors able to sign up and log in -Double-opt in feature -Logged in users able to customize their favorite stores etc, change their stores that would like to receive email alerts from, tell a friend about a deal/coupon (email will appear from their email with their name). -Search function, using google search is fine -Starting Date field for every coupon -Expiry Date for every coupon -Expired coupons "Greyed out" when displayed. -Able to sort expired coupons in CMS and option to delete them -Able to write articles for featured deals/coupons -Have good SEO for these titles ([login to view URL]) URLs -Easy adding of coupons, articles and images. -Cross browser compatibility -Comment area for logged in users to comment on article/coupon, no hyperlinking in comments for users, but able to do that for admin. -affiliate link cloaking, but at the same time URL that is SEO and human friendly. -system to show coupon code only after visitor has clicked on link to merchant page. (Pop-ups are not preferred as they can be blocked and makes site unusable. Maybe AJAX?) -area for instructions on how to use coupon etc -integrated forum for discussions (using open source e.g. phpbb ok) -contact us page (using php_post, capchta for anti-spam) -auto generated sitemap -auto generated rss -integrated social bookmarking available on every page ([login to view URL] or others) -ability to utilize datafeeds from [login to view URL] (for price comparisons etc) Able to Categorize -By Store -By Category -By Printable Coupons -By Online Coupons -By __ Days Till Expiry -By Expire Today Anything constructive ideas, useful features to have are appreciated.
