Create Joomla/Virtuemart Subdomain and Copy Database

We have an existing ecommerce site and need to create a new website on a subdomain for a subset customer group. We have installed Joomla 2.5.1 and Virtuemat, and have purchased a theme. We need: 1. Install theme and ensure all Joomla and Virtuemart functionality is installed and working correctly 2. Setup customer functionality to allow only registered and admin approved customers to see price levels corresponding to thier assigned shopper group (which are specific contracts). Defualt price is displayed to unregistered visitors. Registered visitors assigned to a shopper group by admin will see default price and thier shopper group price. 3. Copy product and category database from existing mySQL database into new mySQL database for this subdoimain and website, including pictures and long descriptions. 4. Ensure that registered shoppers have these payment options: Credit Card (offline), PayPal, Purchase Order number (user completed feild), and Contract number (Admin assigned field). This emulates payment methods on our existing website. 5. Integrate FedEx shipping. 6. Allow for free freight at minimum purchase amount BASED ON SHOPPER GROUP.
