Create a Pop-Up Notification

(1)In screenshot the text "[ Here ]"..That "[Here]"currently sends 1-chat invite per user upon clicking it (do-not change that),,What I need is for it to show a pop-up notification box with this message in it saying.."Chat invite has been sent, only 1-invite per member is allowed less you log-out and re-send Chat invite.." Once shown the message have user close it only and Do-NOT refresh page..Also need the text "[Here]" to be De-Highlighted or faded to this color #EAC117 for only to that user after he done with his 1-Chat invite....Note: He is allowed to press other [Here] links from other users.. Do-Not request milestone when done without me testing first... Not hireing 0-15 [login to view URL] for this. Project closes when 6 hours end..Bid only if you can complete as requested..
