Create Webpage that Displays Instagram Photos via Their API

We are having an event and want to create a projection just like in this video: [login to view URL] Basically, we want to be able to designate an Instagram hashtag and then the visualization will use the Instagram API in real-time to create the visualization of photos like in the video above. We are open to what technology you use (e.g. PHP, Flash/Action Script, etc.) as long as the visualization runs in a web browser so we host on our server and then type in a url to access the visualization so we can project our laptop screen onto a wall. We also want the following options: -Full screen mode so we can hit a full screen button and the visualization goes to full screen on our laptop -Ability to change the hashtag and photos will update in real-time showing photos posted to Instagram using the hashtag -Ability to choose between 4-5 different transitions in how the photos come onto the screen. -In addition to photos displaying in a wallpaper format like in the video above, we want the latest photos to transition onto the screen into the center of the screen real big so that it's the feature photo, and then transition off so a new one can transition in (newest photos appear first, and then if their isn't a new photo the script should pic a photo at random from the other ones submitted with that hashtag -Ability to limit only photos showing within a specified time (so we can control that only photos posted that day show, or posted within the past several hours show, etc.)
