Custom-made website

I need a custom-made website (not CMS) with mysql database where users can add their instant messenger Id's. Up on the menu bar, i need these links: Home | Girls | Boys | Top rated | Search | Add your ID If you click on "Add your ID" i want a page with fields: Name: Sex: Age: Status: single, married, etc. Country: City: Instant messenger: (Yahoo, AOL, MSN, Skype, etc.) ID: Description: And an upload image field with browse button. Under the menu bar, a place for a banner. On the homepage i need a rectangle "Search for people" with fields: Sex: Status: Country: City: Age: Between:... and .... And a button "Advanced search" wich leads to Search page in the main menu, and that page contains all the person fields. Also on the Home page, under the search rectangle it has to be place with "Lastest ID's" where you can see latest 10 persons, their avatars, name and age. Under the lastest ID's i want to apear Top10 where you can see top 10 users. On the Boys and Girls pages, i want to apear a list with their thumbnail, name, age, location and number of rating stars (*****) If you click on one profile, i want to apear al the person's details with the picture in the left, and a 1 to 5 stars rating-system. I don't need any left or right menus. That's all. I need someone good at coding. I can help you with the design but i'm bad at coding so we can work together and if you are good i can pay you more than we established in the deal.
