Custom vBulletin Style

Hello, Me and a business partner are currently looking to start up a brand new online community forum. We are looking for someone who has VERY detailed knowledge about the forum script called 'vBulletin' as well as someone who has extensive knowledge and skill in graphic and website design to code us a 100% original vBulletin style. This style is going to be dark and grungy, and should quite frankly: look like it just came out of Hell. It should have red overtones to it with black shades and grunge effects to really give it that dark and dirty feel to it.
