Customize Membership script

Hi, I am looking for someone to customize a membership script which I have open source rights [login to view URL] script is fully functional,it needs to be customized, such as: Improved navigation (just text links now) Would like to have a graphic user interface in admin area Improved menu system in members area Need wysiwyg editor to edit Main templates in Admin area. Improve product uploads ,descriptions,categories etc. Online install I would have to retain all rights to the script after [login to view URL] script is written in PHP.I will supply the script and images needed. the finished script should operate similar to :[login to view URL] Thanks
