Seeking a coder with MySQL and PHP experience to build a database driven website. Preliminary basic website layout/design will be completed by employer - coder will integrate with design/layout and/or recommend changes as needed. Website will allow users to register and subscribe to receive email alerts on incoming data from the National Weather Service. Data is in the form of CSV files that are updated throughout the day. Data from the CSV files is to be imported into the database throughout the day and when a user's alert profiles match incoming/new data, it will email them a report/alert. Coder must be proficient in English and understand time offset calculations (GMT offsets). Data will contain lat/long information and will need to be displayed using GoogleMaps. United States Zip Code data will also be provided in order to help with alert selections. Users are to create subscription accounts through PayPal; freelancer must be proficient in PayPal integration and creating user account databases/interfaces. We have developed membership sites with subscription through Paypal integrated. We have integrated Google Maps and zipcode database for many sites. I have read your requirements and have seen the website design. I could not however review the reference site as it failed to open. The main challenge here is to integrate data from National Weather Service. So please provide some details on that and sample CSV files. From where do we fetch the CSV files to integrated data in the database? Also the display through Google maps. On hearing from you about the above I will be able to make an informed commitment.
