Deal Aggregators

Basically, I would require a deal aggregator site like [login to view URL] However, i have additional and important requirements: - Revenue system will be commission based. Users that goes through my site and buy deals from affiliates will be charged a commission. As the money will be in the hands of the affiliates, I would require a system, to prove that the users were from my site and bought a deal from the affiliates. This proof has to be concrete enough to 100% prove that the users were from my site and has bought a deal. - Automatic, personalized email system. - Ability to allow users to choose their preferences as to what kind of deals will be emailed to them. (e.g. [login to view URL]) - And emails will automatically be sent to them everyday/weekly/fortnightly depending on their settings within their accounts. - The new daily deals from affiliate sites will be automatically be fed and listed onto our site no matter what platform the other deal sites are using. - Deals that are automatically added are not only the affiliate sites’ main deals, but also their side deals. (e.g. deals on the right or left column panels on [login to view URL]) - Information that needs to be pulled from affiliate sites: Picture, description and information, retail price, discounted price, discount percentage, time left (timer ticking). These are basically the important requirements. The commission system and ideas to gain concrete proof to collect commission from affiliates is VITAL. So please send me your suggestion on how you intend to build the site in terms of programming, especially for the commission system.
