Design and code

Long term project. I need a Designer or coder or both skills if you have them. some one with very good design skills - should be able to build concept- then build design with creativity If you can design and link your design to admin system or code a website with cms. that would be great. if you do just design- put in pm if you do just coding put in pm if you do both put in pm so i know your bid..and also show me link of portfolio if any i would like to keep my cost low. your bid should be per project longterm. so if you bid 40 thats per project. long term it would help if you were online during my times. its 11am right now. im online from 9am - 12pm so if you are working during those hours thats perfect. i will be experiencing a increase in projects.. so lowest bidder with best design will win projects. If your serious about working with me.. you can look at having a steady flow of work.. i also require that when you are online you have g mail or yahoo to communicate
