dailly auto-archive of web pages

I am looking to have two pages on my website auto-archived each day. I have attached a word document to explain in greater detail what I mean. The winning bidder will be able to explain exactly how he intends to acheive this. Please note, you CANNOT use cronjobs for this as it is not supported on my server. Your bid will be removed if you cannot explain a viable solution in your bid. NO Outsources please!
