A small cloning of a website

I need a clone of this site: [login to view URL] I don't mean copy, I mean a clone :) I want it to have all the features as that site. Please go through it and see what I mean, all it basically is is a site that has categories and each category has feeds for content, but notice how each categoriy has seperate feeds which is cool for the look. It's hard to explain, but please go through the site to see what I mean. It should have an admin area for me to manage the categories and the sponsored ads and the forum. the forum should be simple like theirs that goes with a feed. I know this should be really simple for someone who knows what their doing . I will help with what I can, regarding the design its should be as simple as [login to view URL]
