Adding Feature to wordpress theme

We have wordpress theme for real estate website. This project is to add some features to the theme. this feature include new category, pages, checkboxes, admin controllability and some automatic actions. The skills: php, MySql, JavaScript, Xhtml and CSS and wordpress [login to view URL] ## Deliverables "Project General Description" We have wordpress theme for real estate website. This project is to add some features to the theme. "Terms and Conditions" * The goal is to improve functionality to the theme and this improvement should not deprecate any functionality that exist on the theme unless otherwise being stated by owner in this document. * Anything need programming change as a consequence of a requested change need to be done by the programmer to guarantee a proper functioning of the modification and the website. (preferably to be added inside the theme folder only, so neither wordpress nor any directory else will be affected except the theme folder) * Any change that will affect the appearance on the website modification on CSS need to be done as well. * The website will be translated by owner later on, so any text will appear on the website has to be added to the [login to view URL] to guarantee easy translation. * Any coding will be modified has to be commented as "modified by *coder name*" with brief description for future reference. * The programmer should provide by the end of project a document as a complete list of *modified files*, *route for the file* and modified for *which requested change* "**Things to Be Modified in The Theme"** 1. Modify Property search, by adding category called Type will be shown as drop down list in property search. Details of Change: * Adding category called "Type" same as "Location" that already exist (backend/ real estate/ general settings) * This category will have 2 field **type with room** and **type with no room**. Admin can specify list items inside these field. All filled items (with room and no room) will appear as one category, Property Type. * Whenever user select a type from drop down list that included in "with no room", Number of rooms and bathroom drop down lists should disappear unless the selected type listed under "with room". * This Category will be added to submitting form and as meta tag on published property. * Only when agent purplish a property and the type selected listed under " no room", meta tags (bedroom and bath room) to be removed from property summery and property details page. The change will affect the following: * general setting/ property search setting (back end). * property search widget. * submitting form / above number of room. * property summery. Including those which appear for logged in agent in MyDashboard (my property and my favort property) * property details page. * Posts Edit page (backend). 1. 2. Customize form in submit page (ex. what to be shown what not, what is mandatory what is not, removing some fields). Details of Change: * fields not to be mandatory: zip code, Address. * fields to be added as drop down above bedroom: *selecting "type" category* mandatory for selection. * When ever number of room and bathroom drop down list appear will be as mandatory. The change will effect: * submitting form and submitting sequence will be affected as will. 3. The submitter to have limited time (ex. 2 days to edit) to edit his property after publishing. Check box for sold stamp available only for agent on his page for each published property. A counter for sold properties and list for most selling agent to be added. Details of Change: * * The edit capability and edit bottom to be removed 2 days after publishing. Number of days to be customizable by admin from backend (general settings/ other setting) * Check box for sold stamp available only for submitter on his page for each published property. * The sold check box when selected, a sold stamp will be shown on the property summery and property details page for 2 days (customizable), then auto delete for the whole published property. <!-- --> * Adding a counter that counting sold properties for each agent which will be shown on agent page and agent information summery. * new tap called "most selling" beside the existing type "most property" in the page called agent. the most selling will show agents starting form most selling agent to least selling agent. The change will effect: * property summery available on agent page. * property summery and property details page that available for visitors. * adding "most selling" tap in AGENTS page. Like "most properties" 4. Ability to add more than 2 property list types. customizable. Details of Change: * General settings/ listing price: add 3 more title options exactly look like the 2 options already exist in the theme and functioning exactly the same. * The Admin can select what to be shown from these option what not. * these changes has to be linked to payment process and to submitting form. The change will effect: * submitting form, submitting sequence and payment process. 1. Auto delete for any property that remain as draft (not published) for 10 days. <!-- --> 1. Add two check box under price in submitting form one will named as (fixed price) second as( negotiable). only one can be checked at a time and will be mandatory. this will be reflected on property details and property summery (list and icons view) everywhere. it will be displayed right beside the price. 2. Fields that request numbers ( price, area in submitting form and phone in registering form) can accept arabic and english number and display that as entered What ever language the numbers entered that can be searchable by property search. 3. In registering form First name can not be duplicated (which will be Nick Name and last name will be full name), so every nickname is unique in the website. The login will use email address as current situation. 4. Nick Name and Full Name will be displayed above each other instead of beside each other (as first name and last name currently). every where, except property summery which will display nick name only. 10. URL format for agent page will ( [[login to view URL]][1]) even if NICKNAME was in arabic. when check sold stamp return to the same URL.
