Article submission website

Website to host an indexed, searchable article database. Ability for members to submit and also download articles. RSS feeds to update article database as well as ability to allow other article websites to post. Built in blog poster for updating user blogs. All pages to have Adsense ads placed as seamlessly as possibe. (To not look like an ad as best possible). This website must be duplicatable for affiliate sale and easily modified re website name and banner. Purchased software package will come pre-loaded with indexed articles. Probably around 1,000 articles (To be decided) The website will have a friendly pop-up urging visitors to signup as members for free. This info to be captured in a database and linked to an autoresponder. The autoresponder company to be used is still in negotiation. Each purchaser of the software will be able to resell the autoresponder service on their own website to their members or to website software customers. It should also be an option for them to opt out of the autoresponder portion if they already use an autoresponder company or already have a contract with the selected provider. The website will also offer a hosting package and an affiliate deal similar to the autoresponder will be offered. Ability for website owners to add pages to promote any other affiliate programs they are in. Website to be search engine friendly with keyword and title tags automatically generated from page content. Timeframe for completion 7-10 days There are similar packages available and all of this is already out there. I just want it all in one place and marketable. This is a simple program for a programmer who knows what they are doing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Nothing high security, just enough to get them to include their information in my contact database. i.e. They fill out the popup form or enter their info in the form on the homepage and they are sent a confirmation e-mail. In the e-mail they receive user id (their e-mail addy) and password (whatever they entered in form) The homepage will also need a "Become a Member" box prompting people to enter this information. This is separate from the original popup box that loads when people enter. The info is handled the same. It goes into the contact database and auto responder system. For non-members, they are allowed to browse the database of articles and any of the offer pages. They should be blocked from downloading or copying any of the articles. Whatever method the coder chooses for this is fine. Whether if it is by disabling "select all" or right mouse button function or encrypting files I just want this function to be members only. ## Platform Whatever is doable for the largest marketplace but keeping all aspects of software functionality
